Photronics, the mask supplier to IMEC?s 193nm and 157nm lithography programs, is the first merchant photomask manufacturer to install and support 90nm production through our Nano Technology Line (NTL) toolset installed in our Manchester, UK facility. Photronics was also the first European merchant manufacturer to locally fabricate phase shift mask technology.
